Important Information

• No children or extra guests are allowed during appointments.

• Travel services are available only for parties of five (5) or more.

• A deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking to confirm your appointment. (Deposits only excepted via Zelle.)

• Accepted payment methods: Zelle or cash.

• Remaining balances may be paid via Zelle or cash only.

Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

• $25 deposit is required for all services (via Zelle ONLY) (Not including bridal or special event makeup)

Your deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

If your deposit is not received within 24 hours, your appointment will be automatically canceled.

Refund Policy

All payments and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Credits may only be applied toward rescheduling if proper notice is given.

Client Prep & Sanitation

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.

All tools and brushes are thoroughly sanitized between clients to maintain a safe and professional environment.

If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or conditions, please notify me before your appointment so I can ensure the best products are used for your skin type.

Early / Late Hour Appointments

Appointments scheduled before 8:00 AM or after 7:00 PM require an additional $35 fee.

You must notify me of this when booking.

If the early/late fee isn’t included, the appointment may be canceled.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is allowed; however, please communicate if you’re running late.

• A $20 late fee applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

• If you decline to pay the late fee, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled — no exceptions.

Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

Holiday Glams

All services booked on a holiday, regardless of style will be subject to the Holiday flat rate fee of $150. Please book under “Holiday Glam”.

This policy is enforced on the following Holidays:

• New Years Eve/Day

• Valentines Day

• St. Patricks Day

• Easter

• Mother’s day

• Fathers Day

• Independence Day (4th of July)

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Eve

• Christmas Day

Bridal & Group Booking Policy

For bridal parties, weddings, and special events, please review the following additional policies:

Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all bridal or group bookings (via Zelle ONLY). The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date via Zelle or cash.

Minimum for Travel Services

Travel services are available for parties of 5 or more. Travel fees may vary depending on location and distance.

Timing & Preparation

Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and groomed brows. For group bookings, all clients must arrive on time for their scheduled slot to ensure the day runs smoothly. Late arrivals may shorten application time or result in forfeiture of the service.

Touch-Up Kit

Brides will receive a complimentary mini touch-up kit to maintain their look throughout the day.

Trials

Bridal trials are strongly recommended to finalize the desired look and confirm product compatibility prior to the wedding day.

Cancellations (Bridals & Group booking Only)

Cancellations made within 14 days of the wedding date will forfeit the deposit. Same-day or last-minute cancellations are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Photo/Video Consent:

By booking a bridal or group appointment, you consent to photos and/or videos being taken during or after your service for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise discussed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

• Deposits can be transferred once toward a new date.

• Same-day cancellations will not receive credit or refund.

• No-shows automatically forfeit the deposit.

Squeeze-Ins

Squeeze-ins are limited and not always available.

If a slot is open, a $35 additional fee will apply.

Photo & Video Consent

I occasionally take photos or short video clips of my work for my portfolio and social media.

By booking, you agree that your images may be used for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let me know before your session begins.
